Which method is actually better for me?
For most clients we recommend the licence. It costs more upfront, but you stop paying 30% of your profit every month, you can run it on unlimited accounts, you choose your own pairs and timeframes, and it is compiled under your own custom name. The one clear case for Managed is a smaller account or a preference to pay from profit: Managed needs only $200 to start and then bills you out of money the account actually made. On a $10,000 account at the 30% target the licence typically pays for itself within the first two months.
Can the EA be compiled under my own name?
Yes. With the licence, tell me the name you want — your own project name, your initials or your company — and I compile it into your build at no extra cost. That is the name that appears on the chart, in the terminal and in your Experts list. It is a genuinely private build rather than a branded product sitting on your account.
Can I really use it on unlimited accounts?
Yes. The licence has no account limit and no per-account fee. Run it on a demo, a small live account and a larger funded account at the same time, or spread different pairs across different accounts. Adding another account later costs nothing and there is nothing to report back to me.
Can I choose my own pairs and timeframes?
On the licence, yes — that is one of its main advantages. You tell me the symbols and timeframes you want to trade, and I optimise the build around your choice rather than a fixed preset. In Managed I keep the EA on the XAUUSD settings it was designed and tested around, because I am the one accountable for how it performs.
Do I need any trading experience to run the EA myself?
No. In the licence model the EA is 100% user friendly — there is nothing to analyse and no skill involved. Your broker-matched settings come pre-loaded in a preset file, so you copy one file, drag it onto a chart and enable AutoTrading. The EA then picks the entries, sets its own stop loss and target and manages every position to the close. If you would rather not touch anything at all, remote installation over Telegram or AnyDesk is included and you can simply watch.
What exactly do I receive with the licence?
The compiled AURUM EA built for your broker, a ready settings preset, a step-by-step install guide with screenshots, a 7-day demo checklist, free re-optimisation if your broker's conditions drift, and direct Telegram support from the person who built the EA.
Is this a grid or martingale system?
No. It is non-grid and non-martingale. There is no averaging into losing positions and no lot multiplication after a loss. Every trade carries a defined stop loss and take profit.
Which brokers and platforms are supported?
MetaTrader 5. The EA works across brokers — I build and compile the version that matches your specific broker's server and symbol setup, because spreads, execution and symbol naming differ from one broker to the next.
Which pairs and timeframes does it trade?
In AURUM Managed I decide the XAUUSD timeframe, because I need to run it the way it was designed and tested. In AURUM Licence you tell me the pairs and timeframes you want and I optimise the build around your preference.
Do you have access to my money?
No. The account stays in your name at your broker. I am granted trading access only — you keep the login, the ownership and the withdrawal rights. You can revoke access, stop the EA or withdraw funds at any time.
Why do you require $5,000 for the managed account?
Because the 30% share on a smaller balance does not cover the cost of running and monitoring a live account properly. Below $5,000 the licence model is a better deal for both of us.
How is the profit split actually calculated?
At the end of each month we take the net result of the account — closed-trade profit minus costs — and apply 70 / 30. My 30% is what I invoice; your 70% stays on the account, untouched. If the month is red, there is nothing to split and I earn nothing.
What happens if the demo week does not work?
Then we do not switch to real. We adjust the build, the settings or the broker-specific parameters and run another demo period. The demo week exists precisely so that nothing goes live until it behaves the way we agreed.
Is 30% per month guaranteed?
No, and you should be sceptical of anyone who says it is. 30% per month is the minimum target the strategy is built around on a solid month. Trading gold with leverage carries real risk of loss. Read the risk note at the bottom of this page before committing anything.
Can I cancel or stop?
Yes. In AURUM Managed you can stop the service at any time — you keep 100% of what the account has earned and I simply stop managing it. In AURUM Licence there is nothing to cancel; the EA is yours and no further payments are due.
Which cryptocurrencies do you accept?
Practically any. BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, LTC, BNB, SOL, TRX, XRP, ADA, DOGE, DASH, ZEC, POL/MATIC, AVAX, TON, BCH and XMR are all fine, and the list is not exhaustive — if you hold something else, just ask and I will confirm before you send anything. Stablecoins are always welcome if you would rather not expose yourself to a price move between agreeing a price and paying it. Every payment gets an invoice stating the exact coin and network, and you cover the network fee.
How do I pay?
Crypto — practically any coin, not only the common ones. BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, LTC, BNB, SOL, TRX, XRP and more, including stablecoins if you prefer not to hold a volatile price between agreeing and paying. You receive the wallet address on your invoice after we agree on the method, and the slot is reserved once the transaction confirms on-chain. If you want to use a coin that is not listed, just ask first.
